Dr. Gregory Kubik has been providing the most advanced orthodontic care for his patients since 1985. Dr. Kubik graduated from University of Illinois. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry, he attended Northwestern University Dental School, where he received his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics.

Dr. Kubik is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics and attends, on average, 100 hours of continuing education courses each year. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and maintains memberships with a number of professional organizations, including:

He also supports local youth athletic teams, performing arts organizations and many of his patients’ efforts in their youth ministry throughout the year.

Dr. Kubik and his family live in Crystal Lake and are members of the Saint Thomas Parish in Crystal Lake. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing tennis, boating, hunting, fishing, biking and reading. His two oldest children attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his youngest son is in the Crystal Lake school system.
